We need LVNs to provide Medicare home health visits.

Responsibilities:
- Make visits to patients in their homes
- Perform physical assessments
- Patient education
- Wound care
- Bowel care
- Catheter care
- Medication management
- Maintain compliant clinical records
Essential Requirements:
- Current California State license as a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)
- One year experience as a home health care provider
- Valid California Driver’s License, and eligible to be insured under our liability policy with a clean DMV report
- Your own vehicle and proof of current auto insurance
- Current CPR certification
- Skilled in operating a computer utilizing a variety of standard software, MS Office with Excel and Word, Outlook, and electronic medical records
PPE is provided to all employees

Service Region/ Location:
This is not a remote role and requires you to work out of the Chico office seeing patients in Butte and surrounding counties.
Schedule:
This is a full-time role, 40 hours per week, from Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm with an hour for lunch. You will also be required to work some weekends on a rotation schedule.
Travel:
You will need your own car and be able to travel to client’s homes within the Chico area and surrounding area.
Physical Requirements:
Conditional upon job offer is successfully passing a medical exam that tests amongst other things the ability to move, visual acuity, and hearing acuity. Physical requirement for this role specifically include
- Sits, stands, bends, lifts, walks, and moves intermittently during working hours
- Able to lift to 50 pounds without assistance
- Able to drive intermittently
Compensation:
Pay range is $25 to $30 per hour. Exact compensation may vary based on skills and experience.
Benefits
You will be reimbursed for the mileage you travel from the office to client’s homes.
You will receive a monthly phone stipend.
On the first of the month following 60 days of employment you will be eligible for health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life insurance, as well as Flexible Spending Account (FSA).
Leave accrues starting on your first day of employment, and you can take paid vacation, sick and holiday leave after 90 days.
We offer a 401(k) matching up to 4% after 1 year of employment and 1,000 hours worked.
