Job Description
As an Occupational Therapist at Home Health Care Solutions, you are responsible for the occupational care of the patients in their homes. You provide skilled care to the patient as prescribed by the physician and in compliance with regulations as established by the Indiana State Board of Nursing and policies of the Agency. You will work directly with individuals in their homes to overcome physical. and emotional challenges to achieve greater independence and participation in their daily activities. You will oversee the Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) and Home Health Aide (HHA).

Qualifications
- Graduate of Baccalaureate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program; Master’s degree
- preferred.
- Valid state professional licensure.
- Minimum of one (1) year of clinical practice in Occupational Therapy; preferably in a home care setting.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift up to 35lbs.
