- Analyze behavioral health, physical health, and pharmacy data to inform initiatives on population health metrics
- Create and maintain standard internal and external dashboards and population health reports
- Validate data and ensure its usability prior to delivering analytic results
- Collaborate with team members to produce annual reports and respond to data analysis requests
- Structure analytical results in a visual manner to communicate meaningful insights
- Bachelor’s degree in public health, data science, health informatics, statistics, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an analyst in the healthcare industry with medical claims, member data, and provider data
- At least 2 years’ experience or specialized training in managed care or healthcare focusing on population health data/analysis
- Proficiency in MS Excel with experience in data extraction and statistical methodologies
- Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and security requirements related to healthcare data
- Master’s degree in public health, data science, health administration, health informatics, statistics, or related field
- Familiarity or proficiency in using Power BI for data visualization
- Working knowledge of industry coding (revenue codes, ICD classifications, CPT codes, etc.)
- Experience in collecting, interpreting, and reporting statistical data
- Familiarity with medical terminology
