The Position :
We are looking for a passionate Physical Therapist (PT) to develop and implement a progressive rehabilitation program for patients in their homes in accordance with the principles and practices of physical therapy and the client’s needs. Serves as case manager and supervises home health aides and physical therapist assistants when appropriate.
