What are the responsibilities and job description for the LPN Home Health Skilled Visit Nurses! (Mechanicsville) Thur/Sat/Sun mornings (flexible) position at Home Health Services of Virginia?
Field Nurses are a critical part of the agency and must have experience working in the home health setting. We are looking for individuals that are versatile and dependable. Individuals must have the following:
- Must hold a current license as a Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse from the Virginia State Board of Nursing.
- Must have experience working in a home care agency.
Job Duties:
- Complete patient care duties.
- Follow patient plan of care and reevaluate as necessary.
- Work scheduled shift to perform patient duties.
- Complete clinical nurse notes in their entirety.
- Complete skilled care services as applicable.
- Additional duties as assigned.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $30.00 - $37.00 per hour
