Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate and high-quality care to clients according to their individual needs and care plans
- Assist with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, mobility, and medication administration
- Monitor and report any changes in client's health or behavior to the supervising nurse
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client care
- Collaborate effectively with the interdisciplinary healthcare team
Requirements:
- Valid certification as a Nursing Assistant
- CPR Certificate
- Valid Driver's License
- Own Vehicle and valid Auto Insurance
- Physical (Free of Communicable Disease Statement)
- Level II Background Screening
- Proven experience in providing exceptional care to clients
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent observational and problem-solving abilities
