As a CNA for Home Health Works, your primary responsibilities will include :
- Assisting patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitoring patient vital signs and reporting any changes to the nursing staff
- Providing emotional support to patients and their families
- Helping with mobility by assisting with transfers, ambulation, and exercises
- Assisting with meal preparation and feeding patients
- Maintaining a clean and safe environment for patients
In addition to these duties, you may be asked to perform other tasks related to patient care as instructed by the nursing staff.
