Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care to patients in their homes
- Assist with activities of daily living
- Light housekeeping
Requirements:
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification
- Home Care experience (1 years)
- Physical & TB (Free of communicable disease statement)
- Level II Background
- Current CPR
- Own vehicle, valid driver's license and auto insurance
