Well established Licensed Home Care Agency located in Flushing, NY seeking skilled home health aides to provide services in all boroughs of NYC and Nassau County.
HHAs should be able to provide in-home care to clients with a wide range of disabilities and illnesses and those in need of daily assistance while maintaining a clean and safe environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with daily personal tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Provide basic health-related services according to a client’s needs, like checking vital signs or administering prescribed medication.
- Perform light housekeeping duties, including cleaning and organizing the client's living area.
- Prepare and serve meals according to specific dietary requirements.
- Offer companionship and maintain regular communication with clients to ensure their comfort and safety.
Requirements
- Valid HHA certificate
- Fully Covid19 vaccinated with booster shot
- Ability to travel
- Seeking languages: English or Spanish or Cantonese
- Ability to drive for work purposes (preferred)
