Description:
HCS is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to make home visits in the Peterborough, NH area. Under the direction of the Registered Physical Therapist, the Physical Therapist Assistant provides services to patients having impairment of the neuromusculoskeletal, pulmonary or cardiovascular systems. The PTA utilizes therapeutic procedures to maintain, improve or restore function.
Retention Bonus of $5,000 payable in quarterly installments during your first year of employment.
Requirements:- Graduate of a state approved program for Physical Therapist Assistant.
- One year of experience under the appropriate supervision; or
- A combination of education and experience that demonstrates the person has acquired the necessary competencies required for the position.
- Possession of a current State of New Hampshire license to practice as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
- Must be able and willing to learn to utilize a portable electronic field device. Must be able to manage electronic patient health information (ePHI) remote access in accordance with HCS policies and procedures.
- Valid driver’s license and access to an automobile during working hours that meet the State of New Hampshire registration regulations and auto liability insurance.
Salary : $29 - $38
