We are looking for an enthusiastic Operations Assistant who plays an integral role for the company and provides support to ensure the efficient operation of the office. You will be part of a team with many opportunities to work with and tap into the knowledge of others on a regular basis. Operations Assistant Responsibilities
· Greets all walk-in traffic and answers and directs all phone calls.
· Maintains existing customer client base through cloud-based, on-line system.
· Manages all calls relating to service and maintenance and schedule and dispatch field technicians to meet customer requests.
· Obtains quotes from suppliers, and work with accounting on estimates and ordering parts.
· Manages the technician schedule and provides administrative support to the field technicians.
· Reviews of all work orders to flag errors, provide follow up to customers, provide invoicing detail to accounting and add job photos to database.
· Places all orders for office and field stock and accepts deliveries.
· Provides support to the Operations Manager, Project Manager and Accounting department.
Skills and Qualifications:
· Previous experience in a service-related office.
· 2-3 years of scheduling experience in a service-related industry.
· Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Excel, and Google Sheets.
· Strong critical thinking capabilities to solve problems as they arise.
· Excellent time management skills and ability to work independently and on multiple tasks.
· Strong attention to detail.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Strong organizational and planning skills.
· Positive attitude and willingness to learn and contribute.
· Possess excellent people skills.

Compensation
You will be classified as a non-exempt employee, paid on a bi-weekly basis. Salary is between $48K - $52K, depending on experience.
Benefits:
· Two (2) weeks of paid time off annually after ninety (90) days which are accrued beginning on your date of hire.
· Ten (10) paid holidays and additional paid days at the company’s discretion.
· Floating holiday for birthday after 90 days.
· Eligible for the 401K Plan immediately upon hire.
· Eligible for health insurance for which Home Healthsmith pays 50% towards employee costs only immediately upon hire.
· Eligible for dental and vision insurance at 100% cost to employees immediately upon hire.
· Monthly stipend towards technology expense.
· Eligible to participate in a companywide bonus plan which is a pool of 20% of profits at end of fiscal year.
Salary : $48,000 - $52,000
