What are the responsibilities and job description for the Home Health Aide position at Home & Hearth Caregivers?
Here is what you will be doing:
- Assist clients with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming and toileting
- Performing general housekeeping needs
- Provide transportation to Doctors visits, grocery stores, and any additional errands to be made
- Provide companionship to clients (taking them for a walk, playing games, listening to music, watch TV, etc.)

- Can follow tasks, procedures, and assignments

- A reliable mode of transportation- You must own your own vehicle
