A current CNA License is HIGHLY PREFERED. However, we also welcome HCA certified (with a potential to become a CNA) with 2 years experience. MUST HAVE CURRENT DRIVER'S LICENSE, RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION AND CURRENT INSURANCE- NO EXCEPTIONS. We provide care to clients in their own homes and they trust us with and in their personal private homes and spaces. Responsibilities (will vary by client) :
Light housekeeping
Meal preparation
Transportation
Companionship
Personal care (bathing, toileting)
Follow a plan of care
Communicate professionally with families and your team
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications :
Applicants MUST be willing to complete all necessary requirements for employment
Valid Driver's License
Valid and current Auto Insurance
Valid CNA or HCA Certification
Prior home care experience
Access to email and mobile smart devices(s) (allows you to clock in and out and more!)
MUST understand and respect client ethics and confidentiality of care at ALL times
