Responsibilities (will vary by client):
- Personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting, ambulation/transfers)
- Light housekeeping
- Meal preparation
- Transportation
- Companionship
- Follow a plan of care
- Provide emotional support to patients and their families
- Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes to the direct supervisor
- Communicate professionally with families and your team
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Applicants must be willing to complete all necessary requirements for employment
- Current Nursing Assistant I or II license in North Carolina verified via NC DHHS CNA I and/or II registry
- Access to personal vehicle that is registered and with valid auto insurance
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Willing to submit to comprehensive background check
- Access to email and a mobile smart device
- Must understand and respect client ethics and confidentiality of care
- Prior home care or nursing home experience a plus
- Spanish speaking a plus

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 9 per week
