Responsibilities (will vary by client) :
Assist with personal care activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
Provide companionship and emotional support.
Assist with mobility and physical exercises.
Prepare meals and assist with feeding, ensuring dietary needs are met.
Perform light housekeeping duties, including laundry, cleaning, and organizing.
Monitor and administer medications as prescribed.
Accompany the client to appointments, errands, and social activities.
Communicate effectively with the client and their family members.
Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in the client's condition to the healthcare team.
Qualifications :
Applicants must be willing to complete all necessary requirements for employment
Must be availability to work Monday - Friday 8am -2pm
Fluency in Spanish (both spoken and written) is required.
Ability to handle physical aspects of the job, including lifting and assisting with mobility.
Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance
Clean driving record
Prior home care experience a plus
Access to email and a mobile smart device
Must understand and respect client ethics and confidentiality of care
