Position Overview:
We’re on the lookout for a PRN Registered Nurse (RN) who can service the Southern MD region and brings not just skill, but also heart to our team! We especially welcome retired RNs who are ready to share their wealth of knowledge and experience while enjoying a fulfilling part-time role. This position allows you to make a difference in patients' lives while enjoying the flexibility you deserve.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and craft personalized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as directed by physicians.
- Monitor and document patient progress, making adjustments to care plans as needed.
- Educate patients and families on health management, promoting wellness and independence.
- Collaborate with our dynamic team to provide holistic care.
- Offer emotional support and encouragement to patients and their families.
Qualifications:
- MUST have a valid RN license in MD
- Previous experience in home health care or community health preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification.
- Retired RNs are especially encouraged to apply!
Schedule:
