Key Responsibilities:
✅ Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, including rehab centers, independent living facilities, nursing homes, assisted living communities, and other senior care organizations.
✅ Proactively identify new business opportunities and untapped referral sources.
✅ Deliver compelling presentations and marketing materials to engage potential partners.
✅ Drive brand awareness through networking events, social media, and community outreach.
✅ Consistently meet and exceed sales goals, tracking progress and reporting through our CRM system.
✅ Stay up to date on industry trends, senior care services, and home care options to educate patients and families effectively.
✅ Participate in strategic planning and contribute to the agency’s business development initiatives.
What You Bring to the Table:
✔ Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development—preferably in home care, healthcare, or senior services.
✔ Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
✔ Knowledge of local healthcare and senior care networks.
✔ Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
✔ Ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive results.
✔ Familiarity with digital marketing, social media, and CRM tools (a plus!).
✔ A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if fieldwork is required).
