Experienced Caregiver for client in Des Plaines part time to start

Currently we are looking for a experienced caregiver to start immediately for our client in Des Plaines. This shift is currently 6 hours a day and is 3 days a week. Days are flexible, so caregiver could choose the days that they would like. Please note that once the 3 days has been chosen, this will be the schedule moving forward. We need someone that has at least a year experience and has experience with a client that has dementia and has verbal anger issues.

• Light housekeeping
• Meal preparation
• Transportation
• Companionship
• Personal care (bathing, toileting)
• Follow a plan of care
• Communicate professionally with families and your team

Qualifications:

• Applicants must be willing to complete all necessary requirements for employment
• Valid Driver's License, Car and Auto Insurance
• Clean driving record
• Prior home care experience a plus
• Access to email and a mobile smart device
