Summary

As a Personal Care Aide - PCA, you will provide essential caregiving support to individuals in need, ensuring their comfort and well-being. This role involves assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), patient observation, and maintaining a clean environment. While no prior experience is required, your core skills in caregiving will be complemented by premium skills such as first aid and home care. You will work closely with patients in various settings, including group homes and assisted living facilities, making a meaningful impact on their quality of life.

Fridays 9am-12pm

Qualifications

• Core caregiving skills
• Ability to prepare meals and assist with daily living activities (ADLs)
• Patient observation and monitoring capabilities
• Familiarity with cleaning and maintaining a safe environment
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a caregiving role
• No prior experience required; training will be provided

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care and support to clients in their daily activities.
• Assist with meal preparation and ensure proper nutrition.
• Maintain a clean and safe living environment by performing light housekeeping tasks.
• Observe and report any changes in clients' health or behavior.
• Help clients with personal care tasks, including bathing and dressing.
• Foster a positive and engaging atmosphere to enhance clients' well-being.
