HOME HELPERS HOME CARE is currently seeking motivated individuals who are looking for the opportunity to join the healthcare field to assist our clients with personal care and activities of daily living for them to stay in the comfort of their own home. Some of the tasks you may assist your clients with are:
- Personal Care/Hygiene
- Nutrition/Meal Preparation
- Light Housekeeping
- Errands/Shopping
- Dementia Care
- Hospice Care
- Companionship
Required Skills/Qualifications
- Inexperienced caregivers may receive free PCA classes
- Have a certificate issued by the State of Arkansas for working in long-term care facilities. A copy of this certificate shall be available for review; or
- Have completed a 40-hour aide training course; or
- Have completed a 90-hour CNA training course.
When individuals complete the 2 day PCA training, and work 450 hours with Home Helpers, he/she shall receive a PCA certificate.

Digital clock in/out, care notes, flexible schedules, and direct deposit bi-weekly.
Pay is based on Experience, Certifications, Availability, and a few other factors.

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
