Job SummaryWe are seeking a compassionate and dedicated In Home Caregiver to provide essential support and assistance to individuals in their homes. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to enhancing the quality of life for our clients, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. This role requires a blend of personal care skills, patience, and the ability to follow care plans, while respecting member's rights.

Duties

• Assist clients with daily living activities which may include: bathing, meal preparation, laundry, shopping and errands, and light housekeeping.
• Maintain client confidentiality while providing quality care.

Requirements

• Previous experience working with the elderly is preferred. Previous PCA experience is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively with individuals with disabilities, demonstrating empathy and understanding.
• Strong communication skills to interact positively with clients.
• A valid driver's license or state issued ID
• MUST be at least 18 or older
• Able to pass a drug screen, per state requirements
• Able to pass a background, per state requirements

Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
