Job Description
Centralized Support Team Members are responsible for connecting potential clients with resources to aid in paying for home care services. As a vital member of the Centralized Support team you will work closely with potential clients, staff members, and community partners to provide home care services and connect them with local resources.
A strong candidate will be personable, energetic, and detail & team oriented. We are seeking a dedicated individual who can operate in a fast-paced team environment and will demonstrate passion and enthusiasm when working with our potential clients.
- Work cooperatively as a member of a team.
- Establish relationships with potential clients.
- Present various home care services to clients and follow-up as needed.
- Educate potential clients on the components of in-home care services and explain resources available.
- Communicate frequently with each potential client to ensure they are informed of the process and following guidelines.
- Answer incoming calls from staff and potential clients.
- Assist in identifying and resolving any issue, dissatisfaction or problem that the potential client is experiencing.
- Continually evaluate the process and needs of each potential client and adjust workload, as needed.
- Work with Company staff to coordinate start of care for clients.
- Maintain knowledge of Company policies, procedures and trends of the home care industry.
- Participate in company-sponsored programs and meetings.
- Performs other duties as assigned by the Director of Centralized Support or other appropriate supervisory personnel.
- Understand common challenges and develop potential solutions to provide support needed to potential clients.
- Ability to prioritize tasks while juggling inbound and outbound call volume.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
