Benefits:
- Competitive compensation (Hourly Range Pay Rate $16 - $17 an hour)
- Shift: Wednesday - Friday 12p.m. to 3p.m., and Saturday & Sunday 1p.m. to 3p.m.

Responsibilities (will vary by client):
- Light housekeeping
- Meal preparation
- Transportation
- Companionship
- Personal care (bathing, toileting, grooming)
- Follow a plan of care
- Communicate professionally with families and your team
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Applicants must be willing to complete all necessary requirements for employment
- HHA/CNA
- TB Test or Chest X-ray
- Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance
- Level 2 Background Check
- CEU's (Alzheimer/Dementia, HIV/AIDs certificates)
- Prior home care experience a plus
- Access to email and a mobile smart device
- Must understand and respect client ethics and confidentiality of care
