CLIENT CARE MANAGER / SCHEDULING COORDINATOR FOR IN-HOME CAREGIVING
Pay Range: $60,000 - $70,000 per year (depending on experience, qualifications, and skill level).

About Us
Home Helpers of Dallas provides non-medical care to individuals in their homes or communities who need assistance caring for themselves as a result of old age, sickness, post-surgery recovery, dementia, disability, and other conditions. Our office is located at 17000 Dallas Pkwy, Suite 110, Dallas, TX 75248.

Who We’re Looking For
We’re hiring a kind, confident, self-driven, and highly organized individual to be our Client Care Manager / Scheduling Coordinator. The ideal candidate will be a creative problem-solver, goal-oriented, and able to build rapport quickly, all while upholding our values of Integrity, Compassion, and a Good Spirit.

Your Role
As our Client Care Manager / Scheduling Coordinator, you will:
  • Be the vital link between our caregivers and clients.
  • Assess client care needs and match them with appropriate caregivers.
  • Schedule caregivers, manage employee availability, and oversee client well-being through periodic visits.
  • Conduct interviews, training, and performance evaluations of caregivers.
  • Provide caregiving assistance when necessary.
  • Help ensure our clients receive excellent care that meets or exceeds their expectations.

Skills You’ll Need
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook (Excel is a plus!).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, maintaining professionalism and patience.
  • Healthcare knowledge or experience in scheduling and caregiving (preferred).
  • Experience in managing people and processes is a bonus.

Preferences
  • 2 years of scheduling experience (preferred).
  • Caregiving experience (preferred).
  • Experience with Well Sky Software is a plus.
  • Nursing or social work background is highly valued.
