What are the responsibilities and job description for the Caregiver for Pontiac Area position at Home Helpers of Farmington?
We are looking for a caregiver to provide services to clients in the Pontiac Area. We are growing our team and looking for compassionate and reliable caregivers to provide bed baths, meal prep, assistance with dressing, light housekeeping, laundry, and companion care Monday - Friday.
Part-Time
Qualifications:
A state Champs ID# is a plus
A state Champs ID# is a plus
Have experience in Personal/ Companion Care to prevent fall
Must pass a background check
Must have a valid driver's license and insurance
Prior home care experience is a plus
Access to email and a mobile smart device
Must understand and respect client ethics and confidentiality of care
18 years or older
Legally authorized to work in the United States
Reliable transportation to and from work
Passion for helping others
Responsibilities (will vary by client):
Care for Clients at fall risk (Mobility)
ADL, personal care and toileting
ADL, personal care and toileting
Medication Reminders, Monitoring Mobility
Light housekeeping
Meal preparation, Nutrition, and clean up
Companionship
Personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting)
Follow Plan of care
Communicate professionally with families and your team
Other duties as assigned
Salary : $16 - $18
