While your role will vary by client, it will usually include:
- Providing caring and dependable companionship
- Home Supervisory visits
- Home consultations
- New Client Intakes
- Caregivers/employees supervision
- Oversee all aspects of PCA Tests administration
- Skilled Nursing for medically fragile clients under the GAPP Program
- Assess, monitor, document and report progress of patients’ health and condition using required documents such as clinical progress notes
- Carrying out a plan of care that best supports your client
- Creating compassionate and supportive solutions to your client’s unique needs by collaborating with your Home Helpers associates and your client’s family
- Other duties as assigned

- Currently hold an LPN license (GA or MULTI-STATE)
- Hold a valid driver's license, auto insurance, and a clean driving record
- Have a smart phone and email account
- Understand the importance of ethics and client confidentiality
