We are seeking a dedicated and flexible Full-Time PRN Caregiver to provide high-quality support to our clients and caregivers in the Austin and Georgetown areas. This dynamic role will ensure seamless care by filling in for last-minute PRN shifts, acting as a backup caregiver until permanent caregivers are hired, and assisting with new client onboarding. The ideal candidate will have a passion for caregiving, strong organizational skills, and a willingness to travel across the service area.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide caregiving support for last-minute PRN shifts.
- Serve as a backup caregiver for clients while permanent staff are recruited.
- Support new client onboarding, including temporary caregiving until a permanent caregiver is assigned.
Administrative Support:
- Conduct assessments for new clients as needed.
- Facilitate introductions between clients and caregivers to ensure smooth transitions.
- Assist with caregiver training and development, providing mentorship as needed.
Travel Requirements:
- Willingness to travel to various locations in Austin and Georgetown.
- Mileage reimbursement for shifts located more than 25 miles from the caregiver's home base.
Schedule:
- Typical schedule: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (subject to adjustment based on shift needs).
- Occasional weekend shifts required.
- Guaranteed 36 hours per week with the expectation to accept all assigned shifts.
Qualifications:
- 2 years’ experience in caregiving.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client locations.
- Flexibility to adapt to a changing schedule and client needs.
Compensation & Benefits:
