Job Title: Caregiver for the Elderly
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable caregiver to provide personal care and daily living assistance to elderly individuals in their homes.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor mobility and assist with walking or transferring if necessary
- Prepare meals and clean up after mealtime
- Perform light housekeeping duties
- Follow a client's plan of care and report any changes or concerns to the care manager
Requirements:
- Proven experience in long-term care and home & community care
- Strong personal care skills and ability to work effectively with seniors
- Familiarity with first aid and emergency response protocols
- Experience working in assisted living and memory care settings
