Job Description:
Lead Caregivers help lead our team of exceptional caregivers, responsibilities include:
- Covering shifts
- Must be available some weekends
- Introducing caregivers to clients
- Answering phones
- On-Call
- Some office work. (Training will be provided)
- Quality checks
- Perform onsite training for staff
Minimum Requirements:
- At least 1-year experience as a caregiver/direct support professional
- Be able to work full-time hours
- Flexible schedule
- Weekend Availability
- Valid Drivers License and Insurance and/or Reliable Transportation
