We are seeking compassionate and qualified Home Care Aides / Caregivers to support individuals in their homes and communities who require assistance due to age, illness, disability, or other conditions. This role involves providing essential services such as personal care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, transportation, companionship, and respite care, allowing clients to maintain their independence and quality of life in familiar surroundings.
Qualifications :

Strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to respond quickly and calmly to client needs are essential.
Proficiency with computers and mobile apps, along with the ability to learn and use company software.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, handle stress effectively, and adapt to changing situations.
Commitment to maintaining a professional appearance, demeanor, and work ethic.
Adherence to the company's code of ethics, including honesty and integrity.
Responsibilities :
Perform duties as outlined by the Care Manager / Care Coordinator and the client's written Care Plan.
Accurately record daily activities, observations, and hours of service.
Attend orientation, ongoing training sessions, and staff meetings.
Foster positive and cooperative working relationships with colleagues and clients.
Actively participate in the Care Team by providing input and suggestions for client care.
Deliver services in alignment with company policies, procedures, and best practices.
Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) and personal care, including bathing, toileting, oral care, hair care, skin care, dressing, transfers, feeding, exercise, and medication reminders.
Monitor clients and their environments to ensure safety, identify potential hazards, and report any concerns or changes in behavior, physical condition, or living arrangements to the Care Manager or Care Coordinator promptly.
Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as making and changing beds, dusting, vacuuming, cleaning floors, kitchens, and bathrooms, and handling laundry.
Assist with meal planning and preparation, or support clients in adhering to special diet plans as directed by their healthcare provider and outlined in the Care Plan.
Provide companionship by engaging in social interactions, offering emotional support, and encouraging mentally stimulating activities.
Offer respite care for families according to the Care Plan.
Assist with essential errands, shopping, or doctor appointments, including the management of client funds as directed by the Care Plan and under supervision.
Help clients with communication tasks, such as writing or typing correspondence or conducting research on their behalf.
Monitor and manage supplies and resources to ensure they meet the needs of the client.
