Duties
- Perform in home Nurse Assessments
- Help clients and families to make sure their needs are met, suggest possible solutions.
- Talk to and support non skilled caregivers with needs, training and solutions related to the in home care they provide
Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse
