Home Helpers is a leading provider of home care services in the Southern Indiana area. Due to our continued growth we are looking for a full time or part time Registered Nurse Case Manager in the Southern Indiana Area. Days/ times could be flexible!

Experience is a plus, but not required.
Starting pay rates is dependent upon experience. Candidates must pass a background check & pre-employment drug screen.
Job Duties include:
1. Completing regular visits with patients per guidelines.
2. Completing paperwork for patient visit within assigned time frame.
3. A variety of other office duties as needed.
