What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Caregiver Part Time For Help With Personal Care position at Home Helpers?
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable caregiver to provide companion care and daily living assistance to seniors in the Ann Arbor Area. The ideal candidate will have experience in personal/companion care, particularly with clients suffering from stroke.
Responsibilities
- Assist with ADLs, personal care, and toileting
- Medication reminders and monitoring mobility
- Light housekeeping and meal preparation
- Personal care, including bed baths, grooming, and toileting
The caregiver must be able to follow a plan of care and understand and respect client ethics and confidentiality of care. Passion for helping others is essential.
Requirements
- Experience in personal/companion care, preferably with stroke patients
- Prior home care experience a plus
- Must respect client ethics and confidentiality of care
- Passion for helping others
