Due to internal promotions, Home Hope and Healing is hiring another full-time Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our great scheduling team for our Personal Care Agency (PCA) program. The position works at our central office in Smithfield with other administrative office staff members as part of our dynamic and supportive office team! This is a day position working weekdays, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Will alternate after-hours on call phone coverage around two rotations a month.

- Coordinate the schedules for our clients/families with our personal support specialist (PSS) field staff that provide services in client homes.
- Provide excellent customer service and accurate, thorough, and timely communication with clients/families and the field staff team.
- Collaborate with others to place staff and clients with the right fit.
- Engage in problem solving scheduling conflicts and issues with clients and staff, the care team and managers.
- Good computer skills: ability to enter data and log information into electronic medical records; ability to use MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook.
- Ability to navigate smart phones and help field staff troubleshoot their schedules and documentation with smart phones.
- Good communication and listening skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize work and meet deadlines.
- Ability to effectively multitask in a high-functioning environment.
- Ability to handle and adapt to changes.
- Attention to detail, problem solving and follow through.

- Customer service or other office experience in a health care or home care setting is preferred. Associate’s degree or a combination of education and work experience in an office is preferred.
