Job Summary:
We are seeking a Site Manager to oversee the operations and maintenance of 20 units of multi-family housing located in Heyworth, IL. The Site Manager will be responsible for showing apartments, paperwork, overseeing maintenance, and other duties as assigned. The ideal candidate will have a background in home repairs, fair housing, is self motivated, and can pass a background check.
