Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and caring Home Health Aide to join our growing team. The HHA will assist clients with daily living activities and provide essential care services according to their individual care plans.
Responsibilities
- Assist with personal hygiene (bathing, grooming, dressing)
- Support with mobility, transfers, and positioning
- Perform light housekeeping and laundry duties
- Prepare simple meals and assist with feeding if needed
- Provide medication reminders (no medication administration)
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Monitor and report changes in client condition to supervisors
- Follow infection control and safety procedures
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Certified HHA or CNA (depending on state requirements)
- CPR/First Aid certification (preferred)
- Prior home care or caregiving experience is a plus
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Must pass background check and health screening
- Compassionate, dependable, and good communication skills
