Our busy Concord office has an immediate opening for an experienced HR Assistant and In -Home Caregiver to join our team.
This position is responsible to Assist our HR Manager, handle our after-hours “On Call” and provide Caregiving as needed. We are searching for a candidate with a positive can-do attitude, is a team player and has a passion for helping others. THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION.
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Reflect the Values of Jaycare Corporation (d.b.a. as Home Instead, an independently owned and operated Senior Care franchise)
- Assist with all facets of the hiring process and employee retention
- Enter and maintain accurate CAREGiver records
- Ability to work “On-Call” after 5pm and on weekends to re-staff CAREGiver call outs
- Caregiving for our clients in their homes as needed
- Demonstrate effective communication with CAREGivers, clients, and their families
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team
- Maintain regular attendance at the office to execute job responsibilities
Caregiver Responsibilities:
- Assist client with Personal Care
- Home Helper-Meal preparation, light housekeeping, med reminders
- Transportation
- Alzheimer’s and Dementia Care
- Hospice Support
- Hospital and Rehab Companion
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
