Client Care Coordinator – Home Instead
Home Instead is seeking a highly energetic, and organized individual to join our team as a Client Care Coordinator. If you have an active CNA license, excellent communication skills, and a passion for improving the lives of aging adults, this may be the perfect opportunity for you!
Position Overview: As a Client Care Coordinator, you will oversee quality assurance and interact directly with clients and their families. You’ll be responsible for managing multiple demands and ensuring client satisfaction while adapting to their evolving needs. This is a full-time role within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, requiring proficient computer skills and the ability to learn new virtual platforms.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct quality assurance visits with clients and families and identify opportunities to modify service plans to best support ongoing needs of the Clients.
- Address and resolve client concerns to ensure satisfaction.
- Introduce caregivers to clients and ensure proper training and support.
- Perform supervisory visits with caregivers to assess their skills and provide coaching or training as needed.
Requirements:
- Active CNA license
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
- Strong communication skills, with a service and solution-oriented mindset.
- Proficient computer skills and the ability to learn new virtual platforms.
- The first 30 days will be a Monday-Friday schedule while training. After the training period schedule will be Thursdays to Mondays.

Compensation & Benefits:
- Starting wage: $29-$33 per hour (depending on experience)
