Job description:
We are a home health agency dedicated to building relationships. Our Care Pros feel valued and have a sense of belonging. We are looking for caring and compassionate Home Health Aides/Care Pros to assist our clients in daily living and personal care services in the clients’ homes. Responsibilities
- Provide Home health care services in a client’s home
- Perform light housekeeping tasks and meal prep
- Transport and accompany patients to the doctor’s office or to hospital
- Assist with client’s personal care activities
- Maintain patients care records and document provided services
- Provide companionship and basic emotional or psychological support
Skills:
- Must possess a valid Driver’s License
- Must possess a safe, reliable vehicle
- Must possess current automobile insurance in your name
- Must be able to pass an AHCA Level 2 Background Screening
- Must be able to lift to 25 pounds
