Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care assistance to clients, including bathing, grooming, and dressing - Assist with daily activities, such as meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping - Monitor and report changes in client's health status and well-being to the appropriate supervisor - Foster a warm and safe environment for clients, promoting their physical and emotional comfort - Establish and maintain effective communication with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals
- Ability to lift, pull, push 25 lbs.
- Ability to treat and care for seniors and their property with dignity and respect
- Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly and congenial manner
- Complete a criminal background check, DMV check and drug screen
- Possessing a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation with valid auto insurance are a must
