Home Care Consultant
We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Community Outreach Coordinator to help us expand. You will be expected to perform a variety of duties in the marketing of home care services. You will also be expected to research and pursue new referral sources and to enhance and maintain existing referral sources.
Primary Responsibilities:
Reflect the core values of Colorado Springs Senior Care, LLC (an independently owned and operated Home Instead franchise)
Establish relationship with community partners (hospitals, rehab facilities, etc.)
Follow up on all RPN contacts with appropriate correspondence
Maintain regular attendance at the office to execute job responsibilities
Demonstrate open and effective communication with the Director and office staff
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
This position must have an understanding of and uphold the policies and procedures established by Colorado Springs Senior Care, LLC
This position must demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to listen effectively
This position must have the ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality of information and meet deadlines
Ability to demonstrate effective interpersonal skills essential as well as sound judgement and good decision-making skills
Must demonstrate discretion, integrity and fair-mindedness consistent with company standards, practices, policies and procedures
Ability to present a professional appearance and demeanor
Must have computer skills and be proficient in Word and Excel
Knowledge of the senior care industry
Education/Experience Requirements
One to two years of related marketing/sales experience or an equivalent combination of education and work experience may be considered
Must possess a valid driver's license and insurance
Completion of Care Professional training and ongoing requirements for the position after hired
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
