What You’ll Do
- The majority of your time will be spent providing excellent care for difficult to staff or higher need clients. You will also be required to use your skills and experience to support the Care team with various care-related tasks, such as caregiver engagement, training support for new caregivers, in- market events, etc.
- Build meaningful relationships with clients through compassionate and personalized care and Care Professionals through training, lead shadowing, and engagement events.
- Work with local partners, as needed, to ensure quality care is provided to clients.
- Assist clients with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and personal care services (including grooming, bathing, restroom assistance, and managing incontinence), utilizing your training and caregiving experience.
- Remain flexible to attend needed shifts during work schedule. Tasks and assignments will be dynamic day-to-day, shifting based on the organization's and market’s needs.

What We’re Looking For
- Minimum of three (3) years paid professional caregiving experience (non-family) or be actively licensed as a CNA, HHA, LVN/LPN, or RN.**
- Demonstrated dementia care and end-of-life care experience.
- Must be available to work between the hours of 7 AM and 7 PM multiple days each week, including at least one weekend day, to allow Honor to create a schedule consisting of at least 32 hours weekly. The preferred schedule is 8-hour shifts from Friday to Monday.
- Someone who enjoys variety and meeting new people, excels at supporting families during the aging process, is confident in handling emergencies, and understands the challenges and stages of aging.
- Must have an active drivers’ license and regular access to a car for use during your scheduled shifts (proof of insurance is required)
- Willing to travel up to 60 miles and work in Sedona, Cottonwood, and/or Prescott
- Must be able to assist in sit to stand and pivot transfers, and pass Honor’s lift-and transfer assessment with a rating, as determined by Honor, of “High”
- Demonstrated ability to safely provide colostomy and catheter care, and use assistive devices and equipment to support clients, including but not limited to gait belts and Hoyer lifts.
- Have basic English speaking, reading, and writing abilities (Bilingual or multilingual individuals are encouraged to apply)
- Complete any necessary compliance, license, or registration requirements
- Must use the Honor Care Pro App on a device compatible with the latest version of iOS or Android
- Must meet of the job, as identified in the attached document
