Position: In-Home Care Professional
Location: Greater Lansing Area- DeWitt, East Lansing, Haslett, Okemos, Williamston, Lansing, Mason, Holt, Dimondale, Eaton Rapids, Grand Ledge
Hours: Currently looking for Caregivers available between 11am-10pm and every other weekend.
Pay: $15.00-$16.00/hr
About the Role:
We are seeking professional, compassionate, and committed caregivers to join our team as In-Home Care Professionals. In this rewarding role, you will provide essential support to clients, helping them maintain independence and quality of life in the comfort of their homes. Make a meaningful impact by offering companionship and care, directly improving the lives of individuals in your community.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting with personal care (bathing, dressing, and grooming) ensuring our client's dignity and comfort.
- Providing companionship and emotional support.
- Preparing meals and helping with groceries.
- Light housekeeping and laundry.
- Medication reminders.
- Running errands and transportation to appointments.
Requirements:
- Must be able to lift at least 25lbs.
- Must have your own reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and insurance.
- Must have professional experience as a caregiver.
- Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and follow safety protocols.
Schedule:
Our shift times vary as we based them on our clients and their specific needs. Most schedules are 4 hour shifts. The more open your availability the more opportunities we have to find your perfect match!
