Company Description
Home Instead of Southeast Texas provides in-home services to help aging individuals in Southeast Texas remain in their homes. Services include Companionship, Meal Prep, Bathing/Dressing, Incidental transportation, and errands.
About the Role
This is a part-time Caregiver role. We hire Caregivers from Beaumont, Port Arthur, Groves, Orange, and Nederland to provide senior care assistance.
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Light Housekeeping
- Errands and Transportation using the client's car
- Help with bathing, dressing & grooming
- Mobility assistance
- Toileting & managing incontinence
- Meal Preparation
- Companionship and Conversation
Some clients may require experience with Memory Care/Dementia, Stroke, etc...
Qualifications:
- Must have at least 6 months of senior care experience- caring for a family member or friend may be considered
- Must have a driver's license and a social security card
- Must have an automobile with valid car insurance under your name, and be willing to drive the client for errands & outings
- Can pass a criminal background check and drug screen test
Pay:
Starts at $11 per hour
