Person Centered Care Leader
Home Instead Pasadena is seeking a driven marketer to help us change the face of aging in our community, with an emphasis on growing our home care offerings to veterans supported by the West Los Angeles Veteran Affairs (VA) Medical Center. This position has a base salary ranging from $60K-$85K, healthcare benefits, paid vacation, 401K, company vehicle, and an aggressive monthly bonus program.
The Home Care Marketer (i.e., Home Care Consultant or HCC) is responsible for managing sales and relationships with targeted key referral customers and community organizations (i.e., Referral Provider Network or RPN) for the Home Instead Pasadena & Monrovia offices. The HCC maintains existing relationships with key RPNs, develops and manages new RPN relationships, and serves as the interface between the community we serve, the franchise case management team, and franchise leadership. The HCC understands customer demands, develops a plan to meet these demands, markets our brand and local differentiation, and generates service inquiries for the company.
This leadership role requires an understanding of the Home Care industry, creativity, initiative, strong communication and presentation skills, and a willingness to work as a team player to support all functions within the organization. This position requires a strong understanding of marketing to VA social workers and veterans with VA home and community service benefits, and a proven track record of increasing service hours to qualified veterans. Use of SalesForce as the existing CMS is required.
