What We're Looking For:
We're searching for an energetic, driven, and compassionate individual to fill the role of Home Care Consultant. This position will be responsible for collaborating with other healthcare professionals and community partners to find ways to connect our services to those who desire a long-term care solution that is an alternative to traditional institutional models. What You'll Do:
As a Relationship-Driven Sales Consultant, your impact will be immediate and profound. This role will be primarily responsible for driving referrals by using a consultative sales approach to better understand the needs of healthcare professionals and other community partners. You will work closely with them to connect their patients or clients to the services they need to choose home as a setting for receiving 1:1 care, allowing them to avoid the need to move into a nursing home. Here's how you'll make a difference:

  • Build Relationships: Cultivate trust and collaboration with referral partners, including hospitals, physicians, and healthcare providers.
  • Drive Results: Leverage your consultative sales skills to meet and exceed goals, ensuring families receive the support they need.
  • Strategize and Execute: Develop and implement innovative sales and marketing plans to expand our reach.
  • Be a Brand Ambassador: Represent Home Instead with professionalism and enthusiasm in every interaction.
  • Connect with Clients: Participate in care consultations and quality assurance visits to maintain our high standards of service.
  • Engage with the Community: Lead public relations efforts to strengthen our presence and reputation.

What You Bring:

  • Education: Experience in healthcare or a related field is a plus but not required.
