Join our dedicated team at Home Instead! We are seeking part-time Certified Home Health Aides to provide essential services that ensure aging adults stay safe and comfortable in their homes. Our mission is to offer a variety of non-medical services that help seniors navigate the challenges of aging with dignity, compassion, and care.
Your responsibilities will include :
- Providing companionship and engaging conversation
- Performing light housekeeping and preparing nutritious meals
- Offering medication reminders and assisting with appointments
- Helping clients with grooming and bathing tasks
- Assisting with toileting and managing incontinence issues
- Caring for clients with Alzheimer’s disease
While previous caregiving experience is beneficial, it is not a prerequisite. All selected Certified Home Health Aides will undergo specialized training created by Home Instead, culminating in in-house certification in Personal Care tasks. This training ensures you are equipped to support clients' emotional, physical, and mental well-being.
