Responsibilities :
- Assist clients with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life
- Help plan and prepare nutritious meals
- Perform light housekeeping duties, such as laundry and tidying up
- Offer reminders for medication schedules
- Accompany clients to appointments or social outings
- Monitor and report any changes in clients' conditions to the supervisor
- Demonstrate understanding of care needs for clients at all levels within 90 days
