We are looking for a dedicated, compassionate, and experienced Live-In Caregiver to join our care team for a 3-day shift (Monday to Wednesday). This role is ideal for a caregiver who is flexible, dependable, and willing to travel within Illinois.
Position Details
- Schedule: Monday to Wednesday (Live-In)
- Location: Illinois – must be willing to drive up to 3 hours
- Status: Full commitment for 3 days per week
- Experience Required: Minimum of 1 year of professional caregiving experience
Responsibilities
As a Live-In Caregiver, your role will include:
- Providing personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting)
- Assisting with mobility and transfers
- Preparing meals and assisting with feeding when necessary
- Medication reminders and monitoring
- Light housekeeping and maintaining a clean, safe environment
- Offering companionship and emotional support
- Communicating regularly with family members or the care team
- Being on-site and available for the duration of the live-in shift
