Compensation :
- Expected salary 40k-45k a year
- Travel budget for mileage each month
- 10 paid holidays each year
- 12 days of PTO for first year increases with tenure
Objective :
The Home Care Coordinator is an 80% out-of-office position focused on marketing, client on-boarding, and experience safe-guarding. Most time will be spent meeting with prospective clients and family members with time allotted to quality assurance visits and marketing opportunities. A consultative sales approach is used to determine client or provider needs and propose a tailored service plan. This position updates the service plan to ensure high quality care, client satisfaction and retention as well as opportunities to increase service hours. This position works closely with the scheduling coordinator and with caregivers to ensure that the clients needs are being met.

Target accounts include, but are not limited to, hospitals, home health agencies, rehabilitation centers, assisted living facilities, nursing homes, hospice, physicians, etc.With Home Instead franchise leadership approval, develops sales and marketing plans, detailing weekly and monthly activities focused on meeting or exceeding established goals.Effectively presents Home Instead to referral providers, including 1 : 1 meetings, as well as planning, arranging and conducting formal group presentations.Maintains accurate records of all activities including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities using company software to maximize market potential.Develops a database of qualified leads from referrals through face-to-face cold calling on referral providers, email, telephone and Web.Meets with potential clients and family members (care consultations) to discuss their needs and provide solutions in the form of a service plan (consultative sales process).Maintains ongoing communication and a consistent follow-up schedule with potential clients and families who have yet to commit to service.Works with other team members to coordinate various aspects of a client's care.Works with Scheduler and CarePros to conduct client / Care Pro introductions with every new client and with every new Care Pro.Plans and executes a schedule that ensures each client has at minimum one QA visit per quarter. Documents all meetings using company software.Serves in emergency on-call phone management rotationParticipates as needed in all Care Pro meetings.Maintains regular attendance to execute job responsibilities.Demonstrates open and effective communication with clients, family members, the franchise owner, colleagues and Care Pros, and referral providers / care providers.Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures they are communicated and implemented within the team.Performs any and all other functions and responsibilities deemed necessary for the successful operation of a Home Instead franchise officeEducation / Experience Requirements :
College degree preferred.One year experience in home care, health care or senior-related industry strongly preferred, an equivalent combination of education and work experience may be considered.Experience in marketing, sales (consultative), client management or healthcare is a plus.Must possess a valid driver's license.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :
